We don’t answer to a franchise or pay franchise fees that carry over to the customer, we answer to you, our customer, and because we do, our family gets referred to other families and friends.

Ryan Hope

CEO – Perfect Garage Floors

My Epoxy career began while obtaining my Supply Chain Management Degree at Boise State University. Little did I know where that college job would have taken me today. With seven years experience I am loving every minute of it. After which I realized cubicle life wasn’t for me, so I then purchased this company I was working for. I have incorporated my passion for supply chain in the company with the strong focus of continuous improvement, not only my business, but my personal life as well. I have a strong emphasis on quality assurance over quality control.

I love meeting people from the community, meeting locals and people moving into the community, and getting to know them.

My goal after the job is to never see your face again – unless it is for a BBQ.

Native born and raised Idahoan, I love the city that I live in! If I am not doing epoxy floors, I am in the mountains or on the river with my son.

Brittany Bastian

Administrative Coordinator – Perfect Garage Floors

I have worked in administration for about 7 years now. I oversee all the financials, marketing, bookkeeping, paperwork, and organization for the entire company. It has been an amazing experience to see how my brother, Ryan, has really grown this company into what it is today! I am lucky to be a part of the team and work along with family and friends! I enjoy learning new areas of business as we continue to grow the company.

On my time off, I am married to my loving husband and mother to my ever growing baby girl! We enjoy spending weekends outside at the park, patio lunches, and spending time with family. Also a U of I graduate – Go Vandals!

Raymond Peterson

Job Site Supervisor – Perfect Garage Floors

As a born and raised Idahoan I take great pleasure in giving others a garage that will last and maintain its luster to the end. Watching customers’ excitement upon seeing the transformation, whether it be brand new construction or an older garage with wear-and-tear. It has been an amazing ride with a long road ahead of us!

If I’m not working, I am outdoors in the mountains, on the river, or out with family and friends. I truly love Idaho and everything that comes with it. As a man that loves to stay active, Idaho has a never-ending list of great people, amazing adventure, and truly astounding nature. I am a giant advocate of leaving it better than I found it. Which works in tandem with Perfect Garage Floors as well.
